Service Description
OHIP covers regular eye examinations for seniors 65 years and older ONCE a year. Please ensure your OHIP card is up to date before your appointment and that your last eye examination was more than 365 days ago.
Cancelation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please call us within 24 hours of your appointment time, or a $50 cancellation fee may apply.
